1. Booking & Confirmation All consultation sessions must be booked and paid for in advance through the official booking page on akujobinoble.com. Your session is only confirmed upon receipt of full payment. A confirmation email with your session details, date, time, and meeting link will be sent to you within 24 hours of booking.
2. No Cancellation Policy All consultation bookings are strictly non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment has been made. By completing your booking, you agree that no cancellations will be accepted under any circumstances. We encourage you to review your schedule carefully before confirming your session.
3. Rescheduling Policy While cancellations are not permitted, rescheduling requests will be considered under the following conditions. Requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled session via email to hello@akujobinoble.com, Rescheduling is subject to availability and can only be done once per booking. Requests made less than 48 hours before the session will be treated as a no-show and the session will be forfeited.
4. No-Show Policy If you fail to attend your scheduled session without prior notice, your booking will be considered a no-show. No refund, credit, or rescheduling will be offered in the event of a no-show. It is your responsibility to join the session on time using the meeting link provided at booking.
5. Lateness Policy Sessions will begin at the scheduled time regardless of late arrival. If you join late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time and no extension will be granted. We recommend joining the meeting link at least 5 minutes before your session starts.
6. Preparation To get the most out of your consultation, you are expected to come prepared with a clear overview of your business, your current challenges, and the specific goals you want to achieve from the session. Noble reserves the right to redirect the session if insufficient information is provided ahead of time.
7. Confidentiality All information shared during your consultation session is treated with the strictest confidence. Noble will not share, disclose, or distribute any information about your business or personal details to any third party without your explicit written consent.
8. Intellectual Property All strategies, frameworks, recommendations, and materials shared during the consultation remain the intellectual property of Akujobi Noble. They are provided for your personal and business use only and may not be resold, redistributed, or repurposed for commercial gain without written permission.
9. Results Disclaimer While Noble brings extensive expertise and a proven track record to every session, the outcomes of implementing any advice or strategy discussed during the consultation are dependent on your own effort, execution, and business circumstances. Akujobi Noble makes no guarantee of specific results.
10. Session Format All consultations are conducted virtually via video call unless otherwise agreed in writing. You are responsible for ensuring you have a stable internet connection, a functioning device, and access to the meeting platform before your session begins.
11. Payment Full payment is required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods will be listed on the booking page. Sessions will not be held without confirmed payment and no exceptions will be made.
12. Updates to These Terms Akujobi Noble reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be available on akujobinoble.com. By booking a session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.
